Polly.co.uk is a site operated by Candid Insurance Services Limited (We). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 07279489 and have our registered office at 920 Hempton Court, Aztec West, Bristol BS32 4SR, which is also our main trading address. Our VAT number is 160484711

We are an Insurance Broker regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with reference 603273.

Which country’s laws apply to any dispute?

These terms of service, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. We both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Alternative dispute resolution

Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. If you are not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you may want to contact the Financial Ombudsman Service,

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of any reference to the Financial Ombudsman Service you can still bring legal proceedings.
